Charcuterie (pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree") is the art of preparing an assortment of meats that are paired with different accompaniments, such as toast, fruit, cheese, and sauces and designed to be served and enjoyed communally.

The charcuterie board’s are made to order and typically measure 24” (long) x 10” (wide) x 3/4” (thick). Boards are handcrafted out of wormy butternut, hickory, or oak. The board’s are sealed with a food safe mineral oil to preserve the wood and highlight the beauty of the wood.
